Shopping & Meal Preparation
Support with groceries, cooking, and meal planning
Have some company and help with shopping or preparing and cooking meals. We offer as little or as much extra support that you require.
We can:
- transport you to and from the shops
- grocery shop with you or for you
- help carry your shopping bags
- unpack once we are at your home
- help with meal preparation
We can go through your fridge and pantry with you to check food, write shopping lists and help you plan for the week. We can even help with recipe ideas!
If you need any assistance with cutting and preparing food, we can help with that too!
