Physiotherapy and Allied Health – Support at Home
As part of your Home Care Package, you can access Allied Health and Physiotherapy support.
Our Physiotherapy and Allied Health team can support you with:
- Tailored strength and home exercise program
- Physical home and mobility assessments
- Fall prevention program to improve balance, coordination and control
- Pre-screening assessment for health and therapy classes
- Hydrotherapy – including pre-screening assessment and classes
- Social group exercise program
- Assistive equipment, furniture, handrails, and safe home modification
- Podiatrist assessment, footwear, and shoe advice.
In Home Respite Support
Respite is a break. We understand providing care to a loved one is an important role. Respite care gives you and the person you are caring for a short break.
Respite allows carers time to look after their needs, go to appointments, have some time to rest and recharge, take part in their hobbies and interests, or meet with support groups or friends.
